Same Day Shipping Policy

UPS: If you placed an order before 2:00PM ET or 11:00AM PT, we guarantee to ship all UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select packages on the same business day! Please call our customer service for availability and urgent orders if the order is placed after the cut off time. Majority of UPS Ground shipping will go out on the same day, however, on busy days and holidays, we will give shipping priority to time sensitive packages. Depending on your distance from our warehouse in Idaho, it will take from 1 to 10 business days for your UPS ground package to arrive.

USPS: All free shipping is done via USPS with delivery confirmation. Insurance can be purchased for a small fee (please contact us directly for that fee). Your order must be place before 2:00PM ET or 11:00AM PT in order for it to go out that day. Most locations within the US take between 1 to 7 business days depending on time of year (holiday seasons could cause delays).

Domestic Shipping

We use USPS for all standard shipping. UPS does not count Sundays and holiday as shipping days. We also us UPS upon request and UPS provides Saturday deliveries for Next Day Air package for additional $10 fee. Please let us know if have you have urgent orders so we can make sure you get the package on time. Insurance is at your option for a small fee. International Shipping

YES, we will ship anywhere in the world as long as UPS, USPS, FedEX, or DHL can deliver to your address. However, due to various shipping methods, weight and shipping requirements, occasionally we can not accurately determine the international shipping rate. We will notify you of the international shipping cost by e-mail. We require you to have a copy of your ID and your credit card and fax or scan it to us in order to prove you are the actual cardholder. Please send us the document when you place your order to avoid any shipping delay!

Cancellation

Please contact us at (877) 331-7880 immediately during our regular business hours to speak with our sales rep for order cancellation. Center Stage (KaraokeSource.com) is not responsible for charges relating to unconfirmed cancellation through email or voice messages. We will try our best to cancel your order prior to shipping. Once the package is shipped, no cancellation will be accepted.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Package

  1. Damaged Package - If you feel your package was damaged through shipping, please contact us immediately and retain all the original packaging materials. USPS/UPS will investigate and may pick up the package for insurance claims.
  2. Lost/Delayed Package - If you are unable to track your package through USPS.com or UPS.com, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim. If you paid for expedited shipping methods through UPS such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air, and the package did not arrive on the scheduled date, please contact us. We will file a claim on your behalf with UPS.
